The Kornfeil family has been supplying bakery technology globally since the 90s. Starting as a small company in South Moravia with 30 employees, they've grown into a large firm with over 140 employees involved in oven production and development. They offer solutions for bakeries of all sizes and bread types. They also focus on environmental impact, having introduced the patented EkoBlock waste energy treatment facility in the mid-90s, which allows for the reuse of up to 30% of energy. Their ovens are used worldwide, including in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Manhattan, and Sakhalin.
