Vebe Teknik AB, initiated by Vilhelm Bäckman, primarily served the milling industry. The company faced a setback in 1940 when its factory was destroyed by fire but was soon rebuilt with a focus on dry powders and granules. In 1993, Vebe introduced its first fully automatic bag filler, Autopac. The company underwent ownership changes, with Karnell becoming the current owner. Vebe Teknik AB now focuses on bag filling and palletizing, with the latest Autopac EC model as its flagship product.
