Nirso Ezio, established in 1956 in Busto Garolfo, began as a small mechanical workshop catering to local tooling needs. Over the years, the company expanded into the grinding industry, specializing in plates and blades for meat grinders. In 1991, the company was passed down to Ezio's sons, who continued to innovate, particularly in the area of mechanical minutiae. The company introduced numerical control machines in 2008 to improve sausage production. In 2017, the third generation, Marco, joined the company, committed to promoting Nirso's products globally.
