Founded in 1934 by Albert Liechti, LICOSWISS is a Swiss company that specializes in manufacturing stainless cutting sets for meat mincers. The company, now run by Michael Liechti, has become a renowned name in the meat production sector across Europe. In 2008, the production process was restructured and some parts were outsourced to Sembeil SA in Lyon. Despite these changes, LICOSWISS continues to successfully operate in the market.
