Kronen GmbH, established in 1978, originally traded small appliances for the hospitality industry. In 1992, the company began manufacturing their own machines for processing salads, vegetables, and fruits. In 1998, Rudolf Hans Zillgith took over as managing director, focusing on exports and leading the company to international success. A new production facility was built in 2004, and by 2008, the production area expanded to 5,000 m². In 1999, Stephan Zillgith joined as the technical manager and became a managing director in 2010. Their product range includes machines for disinfection, peeling, preparation, cutting, washing, drying, mixing, conveying, weighing, and packaging.
