Founded by Horst Weidner in 1982, HWG Wälzlager Horst Weidner GmbH initially operated as a trading company. Increased demand for special parts led to the establishment of its own production. In 1997, the company moved to a new building in Renningen to accommodate its growing needs. The building was expanded six years later. The company continuously modernizes its machinery to meet improving manufacturing standards and quality requirements. After the retirement of Horst Weidner in 2012, his son Frank Weidner and the team continue to strive for higher goals, with further expansion of their production facilities planned.
