Comarme, established in the early 1900s, specializes in designing and manufacturing packaging machinery, particularly for carton box sealing with adhesive tape. The company introduced the modern concept of the 'taping machine'. Initially producing for other brands, Comarme started manufacturing under its own brand in the 1980s. After being fully acquired by Atlanta Stretch Spa in 2013, the company expanded its offerings to include pallet wrapping machines. In 2020, Comarme purchased ICMI srl, adding gummed paper taping machines to its product range, thus providing a comprehensive suite of carton box and pallet treatment machinery.
