Chocotech GmbH, originally established as Lauenstein & Co. KG in 1920, is a pioneer in temperature control machine production. The company, renamed as CHOCOTECH Wernigerode GmbH in 1990, is part of the SOLLICH Group since 1992. In 2000, it expanded its operations by establishing the CHOCOTECH CANDY DIVISION following the acquisition of the Ernst company.
