Canol SRL, established in 1973 by Guido Dal Masetto, initially focused on manufacturing a unique machine for puff pastry cannoli production. Over time, the company expanded its product range to include work tables, fryers, and dosing machines. In the 1980s, Canol entered international markets with innovative solutions for previously manual processes. The company later developed automatic lines for puff pastry, croissant pastry, and yeast dough, and forming lines for laminated bread. In the 2000s, Canol relocated to accommodate its growing production and customer base. Today, Canol is recognized globally for its advanced confectionery and food industry machinery.
