Description

HPM provides solutions for screening applications in Food, Cosmetics and Metal powder industries according to the desired sizes in Solid-Solid & Liquid materials. It is used successfully in Flour Screening, Sugar Screening, Starch Screening, Chocolate Screening, Paint Screening and Similar Processes. It is possible to have1 sieve 2 separation, 2 sieves 3 separation, 3 sieves 4 separation. Sieve circles are standard, easily changeable. The motors are connected with flanges and can be maintained easily. The seals used are suitable for food. It is possible to add new layers and screen the desired amount in the same machine. Control panel can be added for speed adjustment if requested. Product identification file, spare parts list, maintenance instructions and user manual are given with the product. Amplitude adjustment can be made on the screens. Surface qualities are Ra 0,6 microns. The material is Stainless steel. The sieves are suitable for washing. Sieves are compatible with GMP. The sieves comply with the food codex norms. Sieves are CE certified. Screening Machines are delivered with IQ, OQ, DQ, FS Qualifications.
