Description
Clean In Place system for a complete hygienization of system and line for the washing and sanitization of tanks and pipes. It is particularly recommended for processes including oil, eggs, and yeast. A basic Clean In Place system includes storing and automatic dosing of water, detergent and sanitizer, fully automated pumping system, sprayball cleaning system. It performs the washing, detersion, recircle and recovering steps. The system can be expanded to be as complex as you need, and will be customized according to the user’s needs. Any number of dedicated tanks and dosing processes can be included. Clean In Place system comes with integrated PLC management, personalized washing recipe and multiple washing processes.
